I’ve been impressed so far. The snack picks actually line up with my tastes, which is a nice surprise. It’s simple to use and doesn’t feel like I have to overthink anything, just easy and convenient.

"Nice that I can pause it when life gets busy"
I really like that I can skip a box or pause things if I’m going to be away. I did spend a little bit poking around trying to find the right settings, which was kind of annoying at first, but once I found them it was simple enough. it’s just nice to have the option, because sometimes plans change or I forget I’m even going out of town until the last minute. Overall, handy.

"Really tasty snacks, great quality!!"
I’ve ordered from Graze a few times now the snacks have all been really good!! The nuts and flapjacks taste fresh, not stale like some snack boxes can be, which I really appreciate. The portions are a nice size for taking to work or just keeping in the cupboard for when you want something quick. Nothing overly fancy, just tasty little snacks that feel good quality. I’d definitely order again!!

"Really neat packaging"
My Graze box turned up in great shape, which gave me a good impression straight away. Nothing was squashed or leaking, and the little snack packs were all sealed properly and packed really neatly.

I also liked that it fit through the letterbox, so I didn’t have to hang around waiting for it. It’s a simple thing, but it felt well thought out and properly done

"Nice variety overall"
I liked that there were a lot of different snacks to try, which made it fun to go through. A few of the mixes weren’t really my thing, but I feel like that’s kind of how these variety packs usually go, you find some favorites and a couple you probably wouldn’t pick again.

"Good value overall"
I’ve ordered from Graze a few times now and I’d say it’s decent for the price. The confirmation emails and receipts always come through quickly, which I appreciate, and the snacks are usually tasty. A few of the portions feel a bit small, but it does stop me from picking up random snacks at the shop. Not perfect, but overall I think it’s worth it.

"A Mostly Smooth Delivery Saga"
I was bracing myself for the usual delivery drama, but my boxes have actually been showing up when they’re supposed to. The tracking is clear enough that I’m not left staring out the window like a detective waiting for clues. There was one late delivery that had me mildly spiraling, but support handled it quickly. So overall, it’s been reliable enough and hasn’t turned into a full-blown shipping disaster.
